While it's uncommon to have leftover brisket, sometimes it does happen. There are many fantastic ways you can enjoy the leftovers, but this is one of the easier ways to use them. This BBQ cheese ball is only 5 ingredients and comes together in less than 5 minutes!
8 oz Package of Cream Cheese, Softened
2 oz. Finely Chopped Leftover Brisket
1 Tablespoon Uncle Bubby's Sweet BBQ Sauce
2 oz. Smoked Gouda, shredded
Uncle Bubby's Cow Rub
Combine the cream cheese, brisket, BBQ sauce and smoked gouda in a medium bowl. Using a fork, mix thoroughly and form into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 min. When ready to serve, roll in Cow Rub and serve with crackers. Enjoy!
