A smoky twist on a classic dessert!
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick softened, unsalted butter
2 pints blueberries
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Pour blueberries, lemon juice and lemon zest into a large cast iron skillet that has been lightly greased. Mix butter and cake mix until crumbly. Top the blueberry mixture evenly with the cake and butter mix. Smoke or grill at 300 degrees for about 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
