Egg Roll Wrappers
Uncle Bubby's BBQ Sauce
Smoked Beef Tallow (or Grapeseed Oil)
Add one spoonful of pimento cheese to each egg roll wrapper, along with 1-2 spoonfuls of leftover brisket. Top with a drizzle of BBQ sauce and some cilantro. Wrap according to package instructions. Meanwhile, heat your tallow or oil in a cast iron skillet. Cook egg rolls about 2 minutes per side until all sides are golden brown. Place in 325 degree oven for 5-10 minutes to cook the egg rolls through. Garnish with some BBQ sauce and cilantro. Serve with your favorite ranch dressing. Enjoy!
