This sweet and boozy glaze goes great on ham and also on salmon!
1 can peach preserves
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup honey
3/4 cup bourbon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Uncle Bubby's Carolina Mustard
1/3 cup Uncle Bubby's Sweet Southern Peach
Add all ingredients to a pot and cook over low heat, whisking frequently, until the glaze thickens, about 15-20 min. Let cool and thicken before use. Enjoy!
