This easy breakfast dish will get your taste buds warmed up in the morning, or any time of day!
1 cup tortilla chips
½ cup salsa (red or green)
3 oz. Mexican chorizo
3 oz. Mexican cheese
Add salsa and tortilla chips to medium skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook chorizo in small skillet and set aside, leaving pan drippings. Cook egg in pan drippings. Once everything is done, add chip and salsa mixture to a plate. Top with chorizo, fried egg, and cheese. Enjoy!
