Creamy Blackberry and Sweet Corn Vinaigrette on Blackened Salmon Salad

1 cup Sweet Corn Kernels

1 cup Fresh Blackberries

3 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar

1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

1 teaspoon Sugar

2 teaspoons Sea Salt

4 tablespoons Plain Greek Yogurt

1 teaspoon Fresh Basil


Add everything to a blender or food processor and puree until well blended and smooth. Enjoy!
