Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas

What do you get when you combine buffalo chicken dip and quesadillas? A delicious mess!
1 pound shredded chicken
4 oz cream cheese
8 oz buffalo sauce
8 oz ranch dressing
8 oz Monterrey jack cheese
2 Tablespoons Uncle Bubby's Oh My Garlic
8 small tortillas
Combine chicken, cream cheese, half the buffalo sauce, half the ranch, Oh My Garlic, and half the Monterrey jack cheese in an oven safe dish or slow cooker and heat until the cream cheese has melted enough to combine everything. Set aside. On a preheated griddle, place a small amount of cheese and buffalo sauce and cover with a tortilla, pressing down. Add a scoop of chicken mixture and some cheese to the tortilla and fold over. Cook on both sides until brown and cheese is melted inside. Squirt some more buffalo sauce and ranch over the top. Enjoy!
