Pulled Chicken Dip (BBQ Chicken Dip)

Perfect appetizer for the big game or just hanging with family or friends. It's easy too!


Ingredients:

2 Cups Shredded Chicken

1 Cup Uncle Bubby's BBQ Sauce

3 Cups Shredded Cheese (Colby Jack)

1/4 Cup Mayo

1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing

1 Cup Sour Cream

1 Tablespoon Uncle Bubby's Yardbird Rub


Preheat smoker (preferred) or oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except 1 cup of cheese. Add to an 8" cast iron skillet or similar vessel. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and smoke or bake for 30 min. Drizzle with BBQ Sauce and serve with chips or whatever you want! Enjoy!
